i think this list tells me you never pick a goalie in the first round. like maybe a hand full of those were worthy of a 1st rounder

kolzig
broduer
lou
rask
price
Vassy

maybe Dipietro (injuries killed him) and MAF (but he was first overall too)

Not counting the 2 short seasons and the 2 tank years the Sabres 201 goals scored were tied for the 2nd least they have scored all time with...the 2015-2016 season...

The least amount of goals scored in a regular season (full season non tank years) were 190 in 02-03

Hasek got more goal support than Lehner and company did the last two years...

goalies are hard to judge at that age.. i think he has a lot to do with the quality of shots they are receiving.. its all over the place and a good defense can really hide an average goalie at those lower levels

If he had played 2 or 3 more years he's be HOF. The fact that he took a year off for his knows what reason killed him

good points all around, indy...goalies are a rare breed, very hard to figure out, especially when you're drafting them at 18

All about the Markov train...especially if they can move Gorges and or Bogo (both would be great)
